Please be advised that all applications are reviewed for accuracy and eligibility and are subject to cancellation. We receive hundreds of exhibitor applications and have limited space. Priority is given to returning exhibitors, but this will NOT guarantee a space, orientation, or location.
All updates and communication regarding your application and the show will be sent to the email address provided. Please make sure to add [email protected] as a contact to keep us out of your Junk folder. Failure to respond to our emails in a timely fashion may result in the forfeiture of your space.
Each Vendor booth is 10’x10’ with an 8’ high curtain backdrop and 3’ high curtained side rails. MC3 will provide one 8'x 2' table and two chairs with each standard booth. MC3 will provide an additional 8'x2' table with each corner upgrade. Vendors receive three Badges with the purchase of first booth and one with each additional booth purchased.
Please note there is a $25.00 per booth processing fee added to your total once your selection has been made.
If the space you would like is sold out, please add a note in the special request section with your preference should it become available.
